• Check in time is 4:00 PM
• Keys/Rental Package can be picked up at our office. After hours the key will be in the lockbox located by the front door of our office, 4980 Tamiami Trail North (Rte 41). Lock box combination as provided by your Rental Network Associate
• Check in with the manager or fill out the check-in card by the elevators. Make sure you park in your assigned parking space
• Upon arrival, check that the water heater is plugged in and the circuit breaker is in the “on” position. Make sure the AC is set to “on” and “auto”. If the unit has a humidistat make sure it is switched on and set at 78%. If the water is shut off, locate the valve near the water heater and turn on.
• If there are any problems, contact our office at 262-4333. After hours contact your rental associate
• Telephone: Local calls are free. Use your credit card for long distance calls.
• Make sure all doors and windows are closed when air conditioner is on
  

Departure

• Check out time is 10:00 AM
• Leave dirty linens and towels in the laundry basket
• Put trash in designated area, either in the trash chute or if in a house, put the trash in the bin outside. If trash will be picked up within 24 hours; put the bin outside otherwise leave it in the garage
• Set A/C to 80 degrees
• Keys and garage door openers must be returned to 4980 Tamiami Trail N between 9:00 and 5:00PM
• Before 9:00 return your keys using the lock box at 4800 Tamiami Trail
  

Rental Keys—Will be in your arrival package, not at the rental property. Please note: your key number does not match your unit number for security reasons. Many buildings have special keys to enter the building. If you receive garage openers or clickers, please be sure to return them to our office unless noted otherwise.

Check in with Manager of Building- Some buildings have an on-site manager. Some buildings have a parking fee. Please resister within 24 hours with manager.

Parking—If you have an assigned parking number, it will be noted in your arrival package.                                       

Housekeeping—Each reservation has a housekeeping fee. Please leave the last day's linen and towels in the basket for the housekeeper. Remove all food/trash. Should you require daily or weekly housekeeping, please contact our rental office.

Golf Availability—There are many golf course in the area. Please consult the yellow pages, check in the local newspaper or call the rental office.
